It kinda feels like I just had a baby and I'm introducing it to the world. No real babies over here, just lots of sweet happies to eat!
A little bit of the back story of the name. First off, one of college roommates suggested the name based on my initials. The more I started thinking about it, more sweet memories of college flooded my mind. When we would go to parties, it was tradition to give your date a "happy" instead of flowers or a boutonnière. It could be something funny, serious or something sweet! I always had fun trying to find the perfect happy. Even now I enjoy giving happies to my friends and family. Also, I have already found myself saying to people "oh, it's just a little happy", when I hand them a sweet treat.
I can't wait to bake a sweet happy for you or someone that you love.
